Return and Refund Policy
Right of Withdrawal As a consumer, you have the right to return your order within 20 days of receipt, without giving any reason. This exceeds the legally required 14-day period.
Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unworn and undamaged
- Be clean and in its original condition
- Preferably be returned in the original packaging

Return Shipping Costs Blue Anyma covers the return shipping costs. After receiving and approving your return, you will receive a return label or reimbursement for the shipping costs.
Refund After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days via the original payment method.
Exceptions Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned, unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
