Terms of Service

1. General These Terms of Service apply to all orders and agreements between Blue Anyma (Chamber of Commerce: 88102009, VAT: NL004544423B25), located at Tiendstraat 63, 6181 GH Elsloo, the Netherlands, and the customer.

2. Offer and Agreement An agreement is established when you place an order and receive an order confirmation. Blue Anyma reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders, for example in cases of incorrect pricing or fraud.

3. Prices and Payment All prices include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout. Blue Anyma reserves the right to change prices, but changes do not apply to orders already placed.

4. Delivery Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. The estimated delivery time is 3-6 business days after shipment. Blue Anyma is not liable for delays caused by third parties, such as carriers or customs.

5. Right of Withdrawal As a consumer, you have the right to return your order within 20 days of receipt, without giving any reason. Personalized or custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, unless the product is defective or damaged. Return shipping costs are covered by Blue Anyma.

6. Warranty and Liability Blue Anyma guarantees the quality of delivered products. In case of defective or damaged products, please contact us at info@blueanyma.com. Blue Anyma is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Privacy Blue Anyma processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please refer to our privacy policy for more information.

8. Applicable Law All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
